Elizabeth Kumbhari is the Owner/Managing Partner of Go Global Immigration, PLLC a US business immigration law firm.

Before Go Global Immigration Elizabeth was the Vice President of Client Management, Americas Immigration for Newland Chase/ CIBT. Elizabeth served as Amazon's Business Advisory, Canada and Latin America Lead. She also previously worked at Cultural Visas, where she held the roles of General Counsel and Vice President of Professional Exchange Programs and led one of the largest J-1 visa programs in the country. She has experience in the academic sector having been the Director of International Offices for both Long Island University and Northern Kentucky University.

Elizabeth holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Learning (EdD) from Vanderbilt University, where her research focused on identifying characteristics of successful overseas assignments (expats) at Global Fortune 500 companies. She also holds a J.D. from Northern Kentucky University. She has been a practicing attorney since 2012 and is licensed in multiple states. Elizabeth is a Board of Director for Worldwide ERC and serves as Chair- Elect, Secretary and Governance Chair for the Board of Directors of Global Ties, U.S.. and a Board Member at Large for The Letter Project. She is a Member and Contributing Author for the Forbes Business Council, AILA, the American Bar Association, and a Corporate Advisor for AI 2030.

Kim Calabro

Senior Immigration Attorney

Kimberly Calabro is a seasoned attorney specializing in U.S. business immigration, compliance, and legal operations. With over 11 years of industry experience, she has excelled in managing the complexities of immigration processes, including PERM and IV visa programs, for diverse clients ranging from multinational corporations to high-growth organizations. Prior to joining Go Global Immigration, Kimberly worked with Integreon, where she scaled U.S. immigration strategies projected to generate significant revenue growth. She also held the position of Senior Strategy Specialist at Amazon, leading the largest PERM program in the country.

Kimberly holds a Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston, graduating cum laude, and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. Her expertise extends to building scalable legal solutions, analyzing federal regulations, and mentoring global teams. Known for her thought leadership, she frequently authors articles on labor certification compliance and immigration trends.
